LuggageGuru provides in-house warranty repair services on all purchases within the terms of the manufacturers warranty. For the first year of your LuggageGuru will pick up, repair and return the item at LuggageGuru's expense. LuggageGuru.com will continue to service all products within the terms of the warranty and return it to you free of charge but after the first year you will incur the cost of shipping the product to us. Other web sites dismiss any problems after the item has been used, telling you to use your manufacturers warranty and burdening you with expense of the freight.

Here is how it works: damaged items have to be boxed and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt. Just call the LuggageGuru (toll free) at 1-888-358-GURU Mon.-Sat. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sun. 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time or e-mail us at info@luggageguru.com for a return authorization and to schedule the UPS pickup. Have your original sales receipt handy. We will need the original order number or invoice number. LuggageGuru will pay for one pickup attempt only. Any packages returned to us without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused.

Airline Damage and Other Damage Due To Mishandling
The LuggageGuru strongly recommends you to examine your luggage carefully upon arrival, before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling is not covered by your manufacturers warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. LuggageGuru does work for over 50 airlines and has extensive experience with these matters.

Damage Due To "Wear and Tear"
Manufacturers warranties do not cover damage due to long term use or neglect such as worn bindings, scuffs and scratches. This is considered part of the normal wear luggage undergoes with use.
